Actually its just my left pinky toe. The heels I was wearing today were fine for my right foot but the pinky toe has been aching all day. UGH such is the price for being "stylish."
Is it just me or are there more bag ladies in NYC than ever? There's this one 60-ish woman who puts on her makeup on the train without fail. Her makeup kit is hidden in one of the three bags that she hauls on to the train. And within the cosmetic case is another mini-case that holds all her eye essentials, including the large mascara stick that she uses every morning at 7:15. I feel like I'm watching an actress put on her face backstage at the theatre. AWKWARD.
I started to feel a bit bag lady-ish this morning when I carried an additional sack for my ballet flats. But those feelings disappeared once the sweltering heat [and rush hour] hit. Thank GOD for flats.

hahah ohmygosh, I put on my makeup on the bus every morning...I hope I'm not turning into one of those bag ladies. Of course, my "makeup" is all of concealer and powder..not exactly fancy-shmancy eye stuff.
Ginnnnni...I miss you. Can we please hang out soon?
